Every phone call made to one of the portal's automated dial-in number is tracked and can be examined by the agency. This is done under the Dial-In History section which provides searchable details of every call:
For each call record you can see the automated dial-in number that was called, the phone number of the person who called the dial in number, and the amount of time the user spent on the phone listening to the automated message. If the originating number matches the phone number of an existing user in the portal we will display that name alongside the number itself.
To search for a specific number, simply use the search bar provided on the top right of the list to type in the phone number you wish to locate.
